Meeting called to order at 7:15 PM by David Engleson – President

• Review of the past 14 months
• Discussed Webpage Updates
• New Member Section – Agreed to by attending members
• Online Registration using PayPal – Agreed to by attending member

• New 2009 Club Officers – Accepted by attending members

  Librarian – Jeff Thompson
  Would like to have someone to handle Meeting Presentations
   
• Treasurer’s Report – Jack    Club balance - $3,874.76
  Broke down Christmas distributions
  Motion to accept – passed
  
• Spring and Fall Swapmeets discussed - Contact Porter to see if he would be interested in a workshop presentation.
• Discussion of new flying site at Fricki Sod Farm - May conflict with Elk River site
• New Years day Freeze Fly at Lake Harriet near the Bandshell - 11:00 am to ?? - Meet at Famous Dave’s afterwards.
• Mention of Rochester Armory indoor flying on Wednesdays - Open to AMA members
